and Barbara Hudson have been dealing with some health issues since an auto
accident a couple of months ago. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
I
(Gary) have been battling an infection in my hand for about a month now. I was
in the hospital for six days, on IV antibiotics. The moral of the story is,
wear gloves working in the garage, even if you hate to. Also, don’t ignore, a very small cut. It only takes a short time to
develop sepsis.
Charlie Ball will have leftover T-Shirts at
the club meeting.

Perry
sent the pics that follow and reported that Bruce
Roberts, Buckshot Elliott, Freddy Collins, Mark Warner, Don Hughes, Andy
Hubbard and Perry Stapleton made the Hot Rod Power Tour long haul. Mike Smith
and Doug Phillips and Doug’s son Matt joined them in Charlotte. Other Kingsport
rodders Paul Moore and Jim Bledsoe were also there
for the long haul. The Power Tour started in Atlanta, went to Columbia,
then Rockingham, Charlotte, and ended in Bristol.

Car Show at Ketron Middle School on Saturday August 5th
